Leo Lucchesi

With over a decade of experience as a music producer, Leo Lucchesi initially developed his skills working on his own projects before transitioning to freelance work. In 2019, after years of refining his craft, he began gaining the trust of clients, collaborating with emerging artists and expanding his expertise in areas like arranging, recording, sound design, mixing, songwriting, communication, collaboration, workflow management, and mastering. His journey has been enriched by collaborating with emerging artists in Germany, Switzerland, and England, providing him with deep insights into the latest industry tools, techniques, and the essential interpersonal dynamics of music production.
As he worked with various artists, he recognised the value of a collaborative approach. By leveraging his network to meet the unique needs of his clients, he discovered that this method offered significant advantages, leading to the organic development of a structured, collaborative production model. 

In 2024, this vision culminated in the founding of Maze Partners, a music production service designed to support independent artists by partnering with trusted collaborators to deliver tailored, high-quality results.
Beyond production, one of the most rewarding aspects of his career has been his involvement in education. His teaching journey began during his Bachelor’s degree in Popular Music, where he taught vocals and music at the Jazz und Rock Schulen in Germany whilst focusing on songwriting and producing. He then transitioned to teaching music in a secondary school in his hometown of Geneva, Switzerland, where he refined his pedagogical and organisational skills, managing a comprehensive curriculum across 18 diverse weekly classes, teaching more than 250 students in total.
After earning his Master’s degree in Songwriting from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London in 2023, he returned to the classroom as a primary school music teacher. He now inspires creativity in over 850 children across two schools in the London area through dynamic, inclusive, and curriculum-aligned music lessons, using his passion to nurture the next generation of musicians.

Leo’s experience as an educator has significantly enriched his abilities as a music producer. His work with a diverse range of students has sharpened his ability to adapt to varying needs and learning styles, a strength he brings into his collaborations with artists. Whether in the classroom or the studio, Leo is dedicated to fostering creativity, encouraging growth, and ensuring that every project reaches its fullest potential. This blend of technical expertise and an educator's nurturing approach allows him to deeply understand the explicit and implicit needs of his clients, bringing a unique perspective to music production. This makes him not just a producer, but a trusted guide and collaborator in the creative process.

As a professional bassist with over 15 years of experience, Charles Bioul excels at adapting to the unique demands of each project. His extensive technical skills enable him to craft bass lines that enhance and complement the songwriting. With a keen focus on tone, Charles selects the perfect bass for each song and tailors his sound to fit the genre. His Bachelor’s degree in music performance from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London provided him with a comprehensive understanding of advanced musicianship.
Charles thrives in building strong relationships with artists, quickly earning their trust and respect by prioritising the song's needs over showcasing his technical prowess. His experience in Switzerland and the London area has shown him that communication can often be the weakest link between songwriters and session musicians. Consequently, he emphasises honest and direct communication, ensuring a smooth and collaborative working experience.
Oliver Schneider

Oliver Schneider is a bass player, songwriter and record producer from Strasbourg, France.
With extensive studio experience, Oliver possesses the skills to translate any idea directly to his instrument, effortlessly bringing the artist's vision to life through his dynamic and expressive bass performances. 
As a studio bassist, his focus is on serving the song and enhancing the production while infusing each track with his own distinctive character. His ability to adapt across genres allows him to deliver authentic, style-appropriate performances that resonate with listeners. This versatility has led him to play with a diverse range of artists including french rapper Le Juiice, jazz legend Gary Barone, and norwegian R&B singer Dinaye, among many others.
Whether in the recording studio or remotely from his home, Oliver consistently delivers high quality basslines that seamlessly integrate into any mix.
